1983 Bertrand Vachon founded the company Bercomac Limitee in 1983 which specialized in manufacturing forestry products.
1992 The company proceeded with a re-organization by adding three new partners: his wife Louiselle, their daughter Sylvie and her husband Alain thus becoming a family owned business and reoriented their line of products within the lawn & garden tractor accessories.
